We originally picked a premium corner lot to build on. Two weeks later we
received a call from our sales rep. He told us that the Lantana Home owners
association would not allow the model we chose to be built on that lot
because the same model was being built a few houses down. So we had to choose
another lot, we ended up getting a bigger lot and the builder threw in
incentives for the screw up. :-) So our lot is now located on a cul de sac.
